Shipping Policy

We aim to ship your order quickly and reliably so you can enjoy your teas as soon as possible.

Shipping Method

We primarily use USPS for deliveries, with tracking included. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

  • FREE shipping is available on all online retail orders over $35 (before taxes and discounts).

  • Orders below $35 will see real-time USPS rates applied during checkout.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

We do not offer flat-rate shipping.

International Orders

If you are located outside the U.S. (including Canada or Mexico), please email us at info@leafberri.com to inquire about international shipping availability, rates, and any applicable custom fees/ duties.

 

 Returns & Refunds Policy

At LEAFBERRI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policies below, which differ for tea (perishable items) and merchandise (non-tea items

Tea Return Policy (Perishable Products)

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we are only able to offer refunds on unopened, unused items that are returned to us in their original, heat-sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Taste preference is not a valid reason for return or refund.

To initiate a tea return or refund, please email us at info@leafberri.com within 7 days of receiving your order. In your message, include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation for the return

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days. If eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the product(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received, inspected, and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Final Sale: Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

 

Merchandise Return Policy ( Non-Tea Items)

We accept returns or exchanges on non-tea merchandise (such as accessories or branded items) that are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

To request a return or exchange, email info@leafberri.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • A brief reason for the return

Please allow 1–3 business days for review. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Include your order number in the return package for proper processing.

Refunds or exchanges will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise
