SHIPPING POLICY
We generally use USPS First-Class mail service for shipping. Products typically arrive within 5 days, and most of the time, far sooner.

We currently are only shipping within continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.

REFUND POLICY
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your tea purchase from www.leafberri.com for any reason, please contact us at info@leafberri.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery to initiate a refund. Tea is a perishable commodity, initiation of refund needs to be placed within 7 days including weekend and holidays from delivery of the particular order. In your initial inquiry, please include your name, order number, the items you would like to return or replace and the reason for the return or replacement. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to review your return inquiry.
If you qualify for a return or replacement, a representative will provide you with instructions on how to return your unused item(s) in order to receive a refund or replacement. To receive a full refund, all unused product(s) must be returned, unopened (heat sealed) and in the original packaging, at the customer’s expense. Please include your original order number in the return shipment, which allows us to recognize your return.
In case there is an error from the side of LEAFBERRI, the standard delivery charge of returns will also be refunded. The refund for your order will only be done after the receipt of the returned goods. Once a return shipment has been received, inspected and approved, we will contact you via email and issue a full refund for the returned items. All refunds are exclusive of shipping costs, which are non-refundable. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange. For any additional information, please feel free to reach out to us at info@leafberri.com
For items that are received damaged or broken, we ask that you contact us immediately and save all of the packaging material. We will contact the shipping company and file a claim. We will replace the item if available at no expense to you.
Merchandise Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise (non-tea) purchase from www.leafberri.com for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise (non-tea) items that are returned to us, in unused condition, in the original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. In your initial inquiry, please include your name, order number, the items you would like to return and the reason for the return. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to review your return inquiry.
If you qualify for a return, a representative will reply with instructions on how to return the item. To receive a refund or an exchange, the product(s) must be returned at the customer’s expense. Please include your original order number in the return shipment, which allows us to recognize your return when it arrives.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account.
If the refund is through a credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
