Reflecting on 2025, Moving Forward with Intentionality

Before stepping into 2026, I wanted to pause and reflect on what 2025 represented for LEAFBERRI.
It was a year of foundation-building and important validation. We fulfilled nearly 1,900 orders and shipped over 13,000 units, a clear signal that customers are not only discovering our teas — they’re returning to them. Along the way, we also saw an increase in online reviews and customer feedback, reinforcing that quality, transparency, and intention continue to resonate.
Certain blends clearly rose to the top in 2025. Our Top 5 best sellers — Purple Au Naturale, Passionfruit Purple, Purple Elderberry, Turmeric Ginger, and Elderberry Hibiscus — reflected what our customers value most: antioxidant-rich teas, functional wellness support, and thoughtful flavor profiles rooted in purpose rather than trend.
Much of the year was also spent showing up in person — at farmers markets, pop-ups, workshops, and community gatherings. These conversations shaped how I see the brand evolving. They confirmed that LEAFBERRI is not about constant expansion, but about refinement: honoring origin, elevating craftsmanship, and meeting higher standards as we grow.
As I move forward with intentionality into 2026, the focus becomes even clearer. This next chapter is about deepening our presence in the specialty tea space — exhibiting at industry expos, strengthening wholesale relationships, and continuing to innovate thoughtfully. Not by adding more blends for the sake of it, but by enhancing quality, storytelling, and how our teas are experienced.
This season of growth isn’t loud — it’s deliberate, rooted in our mission to be recognized for offering premium-quality teas, serving our community through meaningful social impact initiatives ( Toto Care box) and building deeper connections with our tea community.
