Our Yellow tea ginger hibiscus is a perfect blend of spicy flavor undertones of dried ginger with citrus lemony flavors of lemongrass and orange peel that is balanced with the sweet and tart lushness of Hibiscus petals. Can be enjoyed as both an iced tea in the summer months or as a hot tea in the cold winter months. Sweeten if desired.

Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable about tea farming and the tea industry. Prior to joining Gatanga Tea farm in 2016, she worked in different roles in KTDA. She oversees the meticulous processing of freshly picked tea leaves. From withering to rolling and drying, she ensures that the natural integrity and antioxidants of each leaf are preserved, resulting in premium quality tea.
